Hey, it’s the October 4:15 game and you know what that means? It means deep fried Cajun spiced turkey for the parking lot tailgate. And after watching them do it in Italy, I think I will top that off with some deep fried polenta sticks, but I will add some hot pepper and cheese when I make the polenta.
