It’s a beautiful wine and different than most Napa SB’s. Also we try to maintain style between vintages (but let vintage shine through of course).
I love it with seared scallops or crab cakes - but just sipping is fine too. 
One of our favorite…well who are we kidding its our favorite Sav Blanc!!

Case of Cooper’s cuvee for me, was a favorite last year - more this time.
