It's Friday, 02/06/2007...What Are You Eating This Weekend?

After the last 2 weeks of indulgence, this weekend…nothing. [d_sunny.gif]

Cooked brunch today for seven friends. Lots of store bought stuff to keep it simpe, but homemade baked french toast and spinach and cheese dip.

Now, I’ll make butternut squash soup if I can find the energy.

Last night was Chick-Fil-A sandwich, waffle fries, and lemonade.

Tonight is a 20oz Prime Rib-Eye and duck fat roasted red skinned Yukon Gold potatoes. Wine will be the 2007 St. Cosme CdR.

Changed my mind on the way over to the market.
Last night~Soy and lemon glazed grilled Salmon filets, stir-fried Savoy cabbage and shiitake mushrooms, roasted Yukon Gold potato chips.
