With that being said, how may billions of yeast cells do you think you consume each harvest?
100 billion?
500 billion?

Clare Valley Riesling half-way through ferment mixed with Gin and served over ice, absolutely rocks!

Oh, and that first beer at the end of a hard days work…

A friend poured his fermenting Torrontes Riojano, which was an amazing blend of mango, passionfruit, strawberry and peach. So yummy!

you are a sadistic woman. you lure them in with just what they want, let them get comfortable until they overmultiply and overcrowd and wind up killing themselves with their own excrement. then you can’t even let them rest eternally and continue to stir up their graves until you finally decide enough is enough is enough and then dump them down the drain.
