My order was shipped on Wednesday!!! Why would they ship the day before a national holiday???

I asked for some of my EMH to be shipped today, AFTER Thanksgiving. Got a notice from my shipping company that they “shipped” on Wednesday. Folks, we wineries and our shippers do our best in a very narrow window, weather-wise. Shipping is the worst part of a winery’s business - I am sure most wineries would tell you that. And yet, with all the anxiety on the part of paying/receiving customers, and the hair pulling on the part of the wineries, I think a great percentage ships and is received well. Just my thoughts today on something I know a little about.
Will immediately sent me a PM. Thank you Will for the excellent customer service! I understand his perspective on why he shipped. Being in South Florida, I would prefer wineries ship at the beginning of December to avoid the holiday and Black Friday shipping rush/load.
