Is anyone familiar with Gegenbauer Wine Vinegars

My mother brought us back a box from Vienna with five eye-dropper bottles of wine vinegar from Gegenbauer, labels and box all in German, indicating two “Spatlese,” one “Auslese,” one BA and one TBA. The script printing is so stylized that I can’t even figure out the spelling on a lot of the words and put them into Babelfish. Does anyone have an idea what we should use these for?

Gegenbauer vinegars are some of the best in the world. I would use them just as you would use high end olive oil. Drizzle a little on top of grilled or roasted meats or fish.
