Interviews with Antonio and Allen

I don’t know if any of you have been paying attention to this, but thought that Steve Heimoff deserves some mention for two really nice interviews with Antonio Galloni and with Allen Meadows. It is rare to see other wine writers mentioned (positively) on sites from their comrades. I thought the interviews were interesting as well.

Adam, I have not read the Allen Meadows piece yet, but eager to do so. Thanks for posting this. As for the Galloni interview, it is excellent, and really helps to put some perspective in place concerning Antonio, as well as why The wine Advocate operates the way it does.

Fred Swan of NorCalWine.com also just published an extensive interview with Galloni, in 4 parts, that I found very interesting. Here is a link to the wrap-up, and that page has links to parts 1, 2, and 3…

Can’t wait to read these articles. A quick peak piqued my interest. Thanks for the links!
