If you have to save one Bordeaux from your cellar...

1990 d’Yquem

My one and only Petrus, a 1998.

I might be more tempted to grab some of the more obscure bottles that actually cannot be replaced.

I only have one Bordeaux in my cellar so I guess I’d have to save it for sentimental reasons. 2003 giscours. First wine I ever purchased to have shipped to me.

2000 Margaux

2003 Latour, in a box with 2003 DRC RSV, my son’s birth year. Similar to Charlie it’s the only red Bordeaux I own.

1982 Pichon Comtesse de Lalande

2005 La Mission

My single bottle of 1959 Ch d’Yquem.

Luckily most of my wine is stored off site, so I have two places to grab my bottle. So if the disaster strikes, I claim 2 bottles, a Palmer 1961 and Latour 1982.

Off site storage also.
I get a Sauternes also 2001 d’Yquem

1990 Château Pichon-Longueville Baron is probably what I’d chose…but man it might be the 2001 Château Rieussec tough call.

I’ll answer for purely comedic value… I’d grab my oldest bottle of Bordeaux in the cellar: a 2014 Domaine de Chavalier [cheers.gif]

I have a brace of Margaux: 95 and 96 that I’d want to hold on to.

If only one…
1998 Lafite Rothschild

I wouldn´t take a Bordeaux … better Rayas 1989 … or La Romanee 2002 …

1975 Château d’Yquem. A wine to savor with my wife.

2000 Chateau Ausone

One in every crowd!

We will have the people of Puerto Rico in our thoughts tonight at the table, Carlos.

Thanks Neal. We have a lot to be thankful for.

1989 Lafite or 1990 d’yquem
