My cost effective taste of 375 ml of Batard 2005 Blain - Gagnard suddenly became expensive when I tipped it down the sink as it was badly corked and had to be replaced.

Unless it ultimately turns out the corks are the problem (or at least a contributor).
Three premoxed bottles for me this weekend. Ok, two pre and one just ox, but still.
Without corks winelovers would be screwed.
