Just wondering… On average, how long does it take for a container to arrive from France to the US?

Door to door is about 30-90 days depending on mitigating factors (strikes in France are a PITA and itchy US Customs officials another) and whether you’re talking East or West Coast.

usually should be on a retail shelf 30-40 days after it leaves port (East Coast)
