Is the wine from hospices de beaune made from vineyards owned by the hospices? Are they going to make echezeaux from the vineyards donated by mongeard mugneret?

Yes, they will. Crazy! The Hospices’ holdings are impressive. When I toured the Drouhin cellars, they mentioned Maurice Drouhin donated 2 hectares of 1er Crü vineyards to the Hospices as a thank you for hiding him during WW2.

I think it is Bissey, yes. There was a different website (Albert Bichot?) hawking their ability to do the elevage.
When I toured the old Hospices, the gift shop had several dozen cases available for purchase. I probably should have bought some.
