The Fri tasting is not nearly as busy as Saturday. If you absolutely have to try the ‘big guys’, go early . . . but there are going to be LOTS of wines to try. I truly recommend looking at the list of wineries beforehand and prioritizing what you want to try. Remember that Fri will be the library tasting - check out what Tablas is pouring and many of the French producers as well
Straggler here, but they had a few openings left for wineries (closing them today), so decided to come pour my Syrak, Marsanne and Picpoul! Should be fun - never been. Any practical tips welcome. Since I’m pouring at my table, I guess I won’t be able to attend any of the official tastings, right?
