I actually bought 2 bottles of it from John at his winery. My son’s girlfriend thought it was great and my aunt liked the other bottle. My mother in law, who passed away 9 years ago, would have loved the chaptalized version he sells.

My vote goes for 2002 Napa Cabernet.

Early on I thought this was a lovely vintage, but was unsure (50/50) about the aging potential.
I would love to hear an update!
