Mrkyl works better for my wife than me. Zbiotics works better for me than Myrkl, I thnk. My body also has a slight inflammatory reaction to Myrkl.
My regimen makes an enormous difference for my wearable data; the week before I was drinking just a couple glasses a night as we had friends visiting and I didnāt use any supplements and my readiness was toast. With a full prep my readiness is nearly normal and sleep is good.
For me, I donāt feel 100% in the AM - but I feel much better and my ability and time to recovery is much better. No wearable data though, purely anecdotal
While I think anecdotal experiences are useful and likely will inform purchase decisions for individuals I find wearable data far more compelling given the large potential placebo effect.
I think the Myrkl is best used for a week preload.
