Kept my word. The 2017 Yan Cabernet Sauvignon has been open for about 2 hours next to a 2016 Ridge Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. The Ridge is open, elegant, and dark fruited with some old-world hints of leather and tobacco in the background. It is in nice spot now, seemingly with many years to evolve and perhaps improve.
