I think he still does Verget. At G-H, I think Julien helps in the chai now as well. At Tourettes, Marie is now helping out as well (but I think it has to do more with sales and management). But yes, he’s still pretty much involved everywhere.
Hey Jozef- I thought the 17 Tinus Blanc and 19, 20 Triangles I’ve had were both decent for the money As you said, I got mine for under $20. Not bad as cellar defenders. Not something I’d chase down. The one rouge I tried was less interesting than the whites
Grenache, Cab Sauvignon and Syrah. This didn’t resonate with me or the guests. It felt a little flat, missing acidity and lacking any kind of verve. I carafed and poured back in the bottle as nobody went back to it. I’ll try it again tomorrow.
