I had and still l have a box from ~2017, I’d have to look. It’s a fun experiment but pricey maybe?
Nice score on the Cantillon, I haven’t seen any for years around here…I wonder where it’s gone.
We do have a shop that gets all the Tilquin but I passed on these the other day even though I wanted to try.

That Cantillon was a 2012 —- been sitting on it for some time. I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen any around. A recently-discovered shop near me has a bunch of Tilquin, too, but it’s priced aggressively, so it’s still sitting there.
Nice on the aged Cantillon! I have some as well from that era that I need to start occasionally dipping into. I was getting them from Europe for several years but shipping just became cost prohibitive at some point.
As to the Tilquin, yes I stopped buying mostly as well because of the price. Really fun for a tasting but I prefer the 375’s for personal consumption.
Yeah, I hear ya, and agree. a 750 is a whole lotta sour for just one person!
I’ve slowed, but not stopped, my gueuze buying. I went fairly heavy for a few years, in an effort to build-up a good stockpile. I’ve begun to dip into that stockpile a bit, and am finding bottlings at various levels of maturity, so it’s been working. A few bottles of Drie Fontenien and Tilquin each year are good enough for me at this point.
ETA: I just ran to check CT after writing this post. Looks like I haven’t added any gueuze to my holdings since May of 2022, but I’m sitting at 7 mixed cases of the stuff, so I’m doing fine.
These were hand carried from Belgium, opened at an awesome BYO (on Sundays) in New York called noreetuh.
