Grower Champagne with BdB, BdN, and Blends in their lineup?

I would recommend Pierre Paillard. Their BdN Les Maillerette is PN, their BdB Les Mottelettes is chardonnay and their Grand Recolte is (if I recall) a roughly even blend of the two vineyards. Very nice champagnes!

Another really good idea. I think of them as primarily a Pinot based champagne producer, but the wines are really good.
