Great Customer Service @ The Princess & The Peasant

I just placed an order with The Princess and The Peasant, a small Mendocino winery consisting of Stephanie, winemaker at Signal Ridge, and Dan, of Lichen. The sales are handled through the Signal Ridge Tasting Room.

Four bottles of TP&TP Carignan and one each of TP&TP Pinot Noir and Signal Ridge Zinfandel, at a very reasonable price. Dan and Stephanie Rivin are the kindest, most accommodating folks! Their eagerness to help and inform me was astounding!

As I begin my re-discovery of the Mendocino County winescape, I believe that it will be difficult to top the customer service provided by this up-and-coming pair.

Great post, and a great way to spread good news.

I will check them out!

I just reviewed the Carignan (City of 10000 Buddhas) and thought it was very solid for near-term enjoyment. Small production of 175 cases and well priced at $20.

Drew, thanks so much for the post! It’s been an absolute pleasure getting to know you a bit, and I’m humbled by your response. I can’t wait for you to try the wines…Cheers, Anton, and thanks for the kind words, Doug!
