The Wachau is a staircase of stone above the Danube, and Prager farms some of its steepest, most storied terraces. Now through 2040 basically. They are ridiculously pure and expressive at every age. Just depends on if you prefer brighter acidity to cut through the concentration or if you want a more mellow, integrated wine with broader mouthfeel. I personally like them young because they have such complex and available character
