Good thing that I eat bacon every day… actually on Bacon day I unintentionally had it for breakfast and dinner. Not for lunch only because I skipped lunch.

At last night’s dinner, one of the “sides” to the two soups was a skewer of shrimp and crispy bacon. With carmelized disks of garlic passed around. Just a little tasty traif…
