Got a "no Rhys for you" email....

But…

I’m already ON the list…and have ordered my allo the last couple mailers??? [scratch.gif]

Is this because I requested some chard, and didn’t get any?..or am I on BOTH the list, and waiting list? [wow.gif]

Ha, maybe you signed up twice under different names to try to get 2 allocations and your alter ego hasn’t made it onto the list yet. And now you are BUSTED. Just kidding of course. I would call/e-mail/PM Kevin and wouldn’t be surprised if he sees this and responds.

My guess is that over the years you probably signed up twice but we are checking on it and will report back.

Wow, 18 minutes after the original post, the owner has already responded. That is customer service for you. We are going to get spoiled.

Just to clarify-
The message that Brian erroneously received was just a message to our waitlist members letting them know that we won’t be able to offer them wine at this time.
There is no problem with allocations for current customers and they can order anytime through Saturday.

Looks like you’re on the list twice, we’ll clean it up behind the scenes so you don’t get confusing messages in the future.

If anyone else received the email but is on the active list drop us a line at info@rhysvineyards.com and we can clean up duplicate accounts as well.
