Good places for a glass of wine near Spring Lake?

We are looking for a place on Saturday night to chill and have a glass of wine and hopefully look at the water.
Avenue is on the list for sure.
The Mill is crazy close to where we’ll be, but we’ve been their and the list is really uninspiring.
Just trying to find something closer than Long Branch.

My daughter and her boyfriend are in Spring Lake for the weekend visiting his parents, who live there. They recommend Whispers or Black Trumpet (where they going tonight). And The Breakers, which is on the beach. I’ve been to none, just passing along the info.
