Glorious Smoke!

My son was demanding ribs this weekend, so I am firing up the Char-Griller! I couldn’t find any spares worth a damn at the last minute, so we’re smoking some back ribs. The side-fire box is cranking away with oak lump charcoal and some pecan and cherry chunks.

Beautiful! I was up at 5:00 a.m. today to prepare a Boston butt in the smoker – pulled the pork around 5:30 p.m. EDT – but I didn’t take any pics. Next time I’ll remember. Your pics are making me hungry all over again.
