@LasseK if you remember, I only tried Wasenhaus in 2021 (Generic, Vulkan and Belen) and I was left wanting.

I pulled one of the generic 2 years later for the same bunch who tried it initially:

I still have some 2021 of this, the Vulkan and the Bellen. I initially did a tasting of this in 2023 and no one liked them (thin, weedy, green, bad). Well… what would you know! Everyone loved the nose and Pinot Noir was everyone’s first guess. Red florals, cherry, some raspberry and dried herbs. Lovely. The palate is lively with some greeny savouriness but the fruit is now sufficient to balance it all out. Good bottle. Good wine.

All might not be lost for me !
