The winemaker Thomas Theibert from the Domaine de L´Horizon cetainly seems
to have made a breakthrough since his wines were recommended in the Revue
du Vin de France last months. However, his Facebook photos show some
humour (or?):

(translation from geman of the subtitles):
“Listen, friend, pay attention, here we have something really fine, the microblend for the know-nothings from the press. Have pumped it out from Gauby´s Muntada barrel, nobody noticed. Then I added some Macabeu from Tom Lübb and a few oak chips. Now it is super-fresh and drinkable, not like this thick Muntada plonk from my neighbour. Here, try it…”
Well, at least he tries - and as he is married to Gauby´s daughter he can make some fun of his father-in-law…
Cheers
