Does anyone here attempt to make Bauerbrot here in the states? If so what are your tricks, recipes or where do you find ingredients?

I have not tried this recipe, however, I have tried many others from this site and all have worked-out well. Lots of info included regarding ingredients, some of which are sold by this site as well.
