There aren’t many wines that lend themselves to song, but at an exceptional tasting and dinner at a friend’s house, one of the better wines was a Ganoux Corton Reynardes 2002, accompanied by a song. I think it was the group favorite, and was a fitting reminder why Corton is a Grand Cru, and at least middling one at that.
