Domestic: 2010 Quilceda Creek CVR, 2014 CIRQ Bootleggerâs Hill (below release price at 110)), A bunch of different Bugay Sonoma County cabs many dating back to 2005; these are drinking amazingly atm. A few cheap Washington Cabs (Borne of Fire 2016) which are drinking much better than expected.
Burgundy: 2 x 2015 Caillerets and 2015 Chevrets from Nicolas Rossignol, awesome wines that are just starting to drink well, but have great cellar potential. 2008 Patrick Hudelot Les Saint Georges, very underrated wine at about 100. 2012 Maison LâOree Charmes Chambertin (made by Rajat Parr), 2015 Ramonet Bourgogne Rouge, very tasty.
