So, here is the plan for Friday night dinner. Everyone is welcome. If you don’t have plans and want to hang with some Berserkers before the main show on Saturday, jump on board.
When - Friday, April 24
Time - 7:00pm
Where - Mirabelle (there is no website, the one you’ll find is in Austin, not Dallas)
Price - $105 (inclusive of tax, corkage, gratuity)
Menu - Four courses (salad or soup, choice of appetizer, entree of beef, fish, lamb or pork, choice of dessert)
The cool thing is if we are twenty people, they will close the restaurant and we can have it all night, all to ourselves. If we don’t get to twenty, we’ll make reservations.
Are you in? I hope so! Please respond by Thursday, March 19. Once I see the number of people who are committed, we’ll figure out payment. We’ll need to pay in advance to secure the restaurant. And regardless of whether we are 4 or 14 or 24, let’s post some good wines! That’s the fun part!

Looking forward to seeing you Saturday. I am lurking on your thread for the dinner with the gentleman coming to Atlanta in early May. If not then, I’ll certainly be in Atlanta this year. You guys do fantastic dinners!
No duck as of right now. When we get a quorum, we can decide if we want to drop one of the meats for duck. Will you be back from the amusement park in time for dinner?
I was working with Josef, the owner. I hadn’t firmed up a reservation with him yet, so if you do choose to go to Mirabelle, you’ll need to call and make a reservation, etc.
Jeff, Cheryl has backed out of the event altogether. So it looks like Friday night is open for someone to run with. Right now, I think there are about 20 to 30 folks that don’t have plans…at least that I know about.
