We thought it’d be fun to get together for an offline centered around “higher end” big ol ripe wines. So we are recruiting YOU dear public to join us in the festivities. If you’re in early for BERSERKERFEST 09 come join us for a great glass of vino and food!!! This is shaping up to be a stunner! The BERSERKERS have really stepped up and delivered some primo wines! Two more spots!

Date: 8/14/09
Time: 8:30pm. Gives you time to settle down … from a day of wine tasting :wink:
Theme: Higher End ANY VINTAGE BIG OL Cabs and Bordeaux Blends. Bring from wherever… as long as it is

  1. BIG ol wine *whatever you consider big is. I do not discriminate based on your beliefs
  2. ANY VINTAGE
  3. Cab or Bordeaux Blend
  4. “higher end” please see wines below to get a feel for the wines you could bring. Not necessarily super high end cause I can’t roll like that…

updated we’ll be eating at Bottega. Two spots left. Time is in flux right now, anywhere from 7:30 to 8:30 start time. Working with the restaurant at the moment.

Charlie, don’t hold a time for me…just found out a couple minutes ago that I cannot go due to some work issues that have come up.

Charlie - if there is a spot for me I would love to attend. I can bring cabs or bords. Please tentatively put me down and I will confirm later tonight.

si. hoping to work something out more manageable with them, but there will be a corkage fee
edit: they’ll have 4 glasses a person set up for each of us. Not sure the quality of the glasses they have
