Fort Lauderdale, FL

Does anybody have any suggestions? Family friendly and top quality food are more important than the wine list.

Thank in advance.

That’s a good list

Thank you!

I’ve eaten at Maxx a few times-never wowed by the food. Billy’s has all you can eat stone crabs but call ahead.

I can recommend as well depending on where you are staying and if you’ll have transportation

Union Kitchen & Bar (Roberto, the owner who’s always there is amazing! Great great food)

Wine Watch (if on Friday or the weekend)

The Katherine (Chef Balloo has been nominated for James Beard and his family restaurant is so good)

Takato (FTL Beach)

The Etna Rosso

Il Mercato Wine Bar

This is in addition to the others listed above, which are very good as well

Probably farther out than you want to go but whenever I am visiting my daughter in FLL, I try to work in another visit to the Vienna Wine Bar in Davie. It is about 15 miles out but here in Texas, 15 miles is a commute to the grocery store. https://viennawinebar.com/.

My mother’s favorite but I’ve found it overpriced

Love Vienna Wine Bar! About 5 minutes from my house

We just ate there, really good meal. Wagyu cooked on hot stone was the standout.

Great food. Interesting wine choices. Something very different from the FLL norm. Refreshing in that way.

Absolutely! Reminds me that I need to make another visit soon!

Any updated options for Fort Lauderdale? More about wine list with import whites/champagne.

Staying at Westin on FL Beach Blvd.

Thanks.
