Foie Gras Hot Buttered Rum

To anyone in Portland, if you’ve tried the Foie Gras Hot Buttered Rum served at the Teardrop Lounge, could you please post notes on it and a picture? A friend had it recently and said, “I can’t get it out of my mind…they render foie and replace the butter in the batter with foie fat, just wonderfully rich and adds a nice savoury element.”
