I asked Katie this over email yesterday and she assured me they are packaged separately, just sold in pairs.

I set my ANOVA at 133.5 and cook for about 90 min then blot season with s/p and sear in a grill pan. I love that you get the perfect doneness with sous vide every time.

As others have said above, sous vide works very well. I cook at 131 for 4 hours in a bag with just salt pepper and olive oil, and finish in a ripping hot skillet with avocado oil for 60 seconds per side. Comes out perfect every time!

Effing FedEx. Says “delivery attempted at 12:16pm”. Total BS. I was home at the time. No one attempted delivery.

I assume packaging is with ice packs? And given that it’s only 50 degrees out there it should be fine for another day?

Oh and is signature even required? Why wouldn’t they just leave it at my door like every other delivery?
