Favorite Paprika, anyone?

I’ve just recently ordered (since I no longer shop anywhere in person) a few refills in their new flat packs and they are great for storage … reseal easily and securely, and I think designed for longer storage.

Thanks Siun. I need a full refresh so appreciate the insight.

I always order from Nola in her Berserker Day offers
Sweet and also smoked. Both superb

Another Spicehouse fan.

This is what I have too. I actually have a sweet smoked one and a spicy one. I’ve never had anything from Spice House though.

I’ve used and like the Chiquilin sweet and smoked paprikas. This has been mentioned above as the brand Nola carries, although I bought it somewhere else a few years ago.

Roellinger’s smoked paprika from France. He is a three star chef with a great place in Brittany and makes all his spices.

I get my paprika and sumac as needed from my neighborhood Middle Eastern market here in PDX. Freshest and best I’ve ever had.

Probably not a useful rec for you east coast residents, though. neener

If you are on this site, I believe you are morally compelled to try https://www.gourmetsofspain.com/store/p334/Chiquilin_Spanish_Paprika_Smoked.html from Nola. There is sweet and hot as well.
