In for some A5 Miyazakigyu and a pair of Master Selection Ribeye. Iāve never tried A5, but this looked just too good.
Iāve read that a lot of people just salt and sear. Anyone else recommend different?

For the first time, Iād recommend a simple salt and sear. You can also use other types of salt as dipping salts. Personally, I enjoy breaking up the rich texture with acidity and carbs (sushi rice, tartare, potatoes, etc). Please let me know if you need any cooking tips. Iāve had these and they are pretty tremendous. It was over a year ago but I think the reserve was my fave.
