Ironically, we don’t have many elk out here in Napa Valley, and I’ve never had the opportunity to pair elk with wine. I defer to your expertise, let me know your thoughts.

Julie visited us as a guest 20 years ago, but then found herself working out in the vineyard as a volunteer intern for a few days. She’s now become a dear friend, and one of my absolute favorite people to have a glass of wine with…and she has a KILLER wine collection!!
