Thanks Martin! Looking forward to you trying these. Glad to see you are trying all three styles-- destemmed, whole cluster and the cuvée of the two. Usually wine makers choose a style, but I enjoy making all three every year. One thing I didn’t mention above is that I love making enough wine so that I can have Pinot from all 6 blocks at the vineyard. And each is vinified both as destemmed and whole cluster. So that gives me 12 fermentations, and this really helps build added depth and quality.
In for a 12 pack, and it was hard to keep it to that.
Excited to try your wine ! Thank you!
Ordered a case! Loved the wines from last year’s sale, can’t wait for this year!
Thanks for ordering Reserve and other Pinots, and the Chardonnay! Excited for you to try these!
In for a 3 pack of Rose Vermouth.
For anyone considering purchasing David’s wines, just do it! Excellent wine from an excellent guy.

In back for more of your white Pinot Noir, the best I’ve had!
David’s wines are very, very good and a great expression of colder climate Pinot Noirs! I’m ordering a case right now!
Yes unfortunately we can’t use VinoShipper to ship to California anymore (along with several other States such as VA-- they are conspiring to make it more difficult!). We have a fulfillment service here in the Valley we can use instead-- Send me an email with all your shipping info and phone number, and what you would like to order. I can either Venmo you (provide your account handle) or I can send you a credit card invoice via Square. Let me know which you prefer. I love Venmo for the no fees aspect : ) → dpatte62@gmail.com
Thanks for ordering!! The vermouth is so much fun-- Great with cocktails, but I really want them to shine on their own to pair well as either apéritif or desert wines. A special blend of 17 to 21 organic or no-spray new and old-world botanicals are infused in fortified Muscat (for the rosé) or Pinot Noir base wines.
Hello again David!
First, the “new” barrel aged Red Vermouth is outstanding so I’ll be ordering a few bottles of them along with your Rose and Red vermouths which have been some of the best gifts I’ve given over the years.
I’m heading out the door for the evening but wanted to check in, say “HI” and let you know I’ll get my full wine & vermouth order in later tonight or tomorrow. So glad you are here!

Bought a mixed case- can’t wait to try the vermouth!
In for a mixed case of 12, in CA so will send you an email!
Thanks for the love on the barrel-aged vermouth. Here’s what I wrote when it was released this Fall when I had a bit more time to be poetic ; ). I should have also noted that we lost 25% of the volume while it aged in barrels for 3 years. That is all water loss and flavor concentration.
"This vermouth began its life just like our original red vermouth, but then we let it dream for three years in oak barrels. What emerged is a beautifully complex elixir, with aromatics that drift in like a late-night jazz riff—stewed cranberry and cinnamon compote, rose petal and elder flower potpourri, and a hint of cured, sweet pipe tobacco.
On the palate, flavors of cranberry sauce infused with hazelnut, nutmeg, orange peel and candied cherry sweep in. Sage, cardamom, cinnamon and a caravan of spices roll across the palate in long, soft echoes. Beneath it all, staccato notes of the bitter botanicals— wormwood, gentian root, Oregon grape, wild cherry bark, horehound and blessed thistle.
It’s contemplative, soulful, and entirely Sun Break. This is a vermouth for slow evenings and conversation; for sipping neat or over ice, as an apéritif or desert wine, or as the heart of a beautiful cocktail."
In for a case! Thanks again for the great deals.
Thanks for trying a bit of everything Philip! Excited for you to try everything.
Hi David I emailed just now to place an order for CA
I loved all of the wines, vermouths & ciders last year, so I decided to go for the party pack again.
