Yates Family Vineyard - Mt Veeder
Situated approximately 1,300 feet above the valley floor, Yates Family Vineyard sits high on a steeply sloping ridge, offering excellent drainage and outstanding sun exposure. It is a challenging vineyard to work, as all farming is done by hand. The demanding terrain creates a difficult environment for fruit to grow, resulting in small berries formed into loose clusters. These conditions produce wines with exceptional color and structure, and remarkable aging potential.
Ridgeback Estate Vineyard - Spring Mountain District
Our estate vineyard, Ridgeback Vineyard, sits atop a craggy knoll approximately 1,000 feet above the town of St. Helena. Its undulating hills and rocky soils provide excellent drainage, leaving very little water or nutrients available in the soil. As a result, the vines are forced to dig deep in search of natural water sources. This challenging environment yields small, intensely flavored berries.

Caldwell Vineyard - Coombville
Situated within an ancient volcanic caldera, the Coombsville area is the southernmost AVA in Napa Valley capable of growing Cabernet Sauvignon. Tempered by its proximity to San Pablo Bay, this vineyard experiences cooler conditions that allow the fruit to mature slowly. Consistently one of the last vineyards we harvest, it produces fruit with remarkable richness on the palate. While still highly age-worthy, this wine is also among the most approachable we make in its youth.
Rutherford Vineyard
Sourced from a renowned Rutherford vineyard located at the heart of Napa Valley, this wine comes from mature vines that deliver a juicy, broad midpalate with an earthy undertone and classic notes of Rutherford dust. Situated on the valley floor, the vines have ample access to water and nutrients, contributing to the richness and depth of the wines they produce.

Amaryllis is our flagship estate wine, sourced from Ridgeback Vineyard on Spring Mountain. The vineyard sits approximately 1,000 feet above the valley floor and is defined by its very rocky soils, which provide excellent drainage and force the vines to work hard in search of water. These conditions produce very small, thick-skinned berries formed in loose clusters. The resulting wine consistently shows deep color and a structure well suited to medium- to long-term aging.

The Cairn Catie’s Corner Vineyard Russian River Valley Pinot Noir
This single-vineyard Pinot Noir comes from Catie’s Corner Vineyard in the Russian River Valley. Located on the eastern side of the Russian River, the vineyard experiences morning fog followed by ample afternoon winds.
The wine is a blend of two clones, Wadenswil 1A and 2A, and shows abundant dark cherry notes layered with spice and forest floor aromas. An age-worthy Pinot Noir, it will develop even longer in magnum format.
