I can update a bit on the Premiere as I went to the showroom of the Danish reseller of EuroCave.
The Large model with 14 MDS shelves could not comfortably fit a Bollinger Special Cuvée without the bottle scraping the shelf above.
I think I will go with the 312 bottle Liebherr GrandCru WKt 6451 and just live with stacking bottles. Since the fridge will be in the office room of our house, the aesthetics doesn’t really matter. This Liebherr seems like the “cheapest” option per bottle while also being a high quality brand.
