Agree on Italian, usually several options for vegetarians.
French bistros tend to have limited options beyond salads, and heavy. I did see a vegetarian main on both Claude and Frenchette.
Really enjoyed the Eleven Madison Park/Central collaborative dinner last night. Some courses had components from both staffs, some courses were the work of one staff. Central was one of the great meals of our life some years ago and turned us both on to fine dining. Great meal with no flat courses.
Wines were good and well paired…I question the $475 pairing cost…

I know I sound like a broken record but the Four Horsemen just keeps getting better and better and better. Had a few friends in town this week so I ended up going 3x. The lunch is just spectacular. Dinner was also great. For those who have been going for a long time Blaze is sadly moving out of NYC. Next weekend is her last weekend shift, she will also be working Monday.
