Here you will see a transformation of an ordinary vegetable into a spicy&exotic side dish. Dukka is an egyptian blend of sesame, cumin, coriander, hazelnut and salt. In addition the roasting of the cauliflower in the oven gives a nice extra kick.

Do you make your own dukka or buy pre made?
Tom, I bought “Dukka” in a food&spice-shop. BTW, there exist many different versions of Dukka or Dukkah I learnt. But bottom-line is that you will get a delicious cauliflower that´s for shure.
