The new blog series at gargantuanwine.com explores aging - both ours and our wines. Mortality is a great subject - when will my wine be dead?? And what am I going to do about our race ( my aging vs. my wine )?
I draw two inescapable conclusions
- Must stop buying wine. I have plenty!
- Drink up! Don’t save the special bottles for special occasions. Drink the good stuff (aged to my taste - hey I’m still a berserker!) now. When that far future special event comes around I’ll bet I have good stuff then, too.
