I figured this is worth a shot and thanks for looking. My kid’s travel baseball team, KOA Waves, is having a charity event (Sneaker Ball) to raise money for scholarships and for a week long tournament later this year that they are attending in Cooperstown Village in upstate NY. We are seeking items for the charity auction which is held at the event. Wine and liquor packages generally do pretty well at these events. They aren’t picky so generally the stuff you aren’t interested in any longer and doesn’t have a great resale value is fine. If you are in the Washington, DC area I’m happy to pick up. If you are anywhere else, I will send a UPS label and cover your shipping costs.
The organization is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and donation tax letters will be provided.
This is a great way to make room in your cellar or liquor cabinet, help a good cause, and get a tax deduction.
