I’d love for wineries to input the correct info for me ahead of time.
That said, if you see incorrect entries please let CT staff know. They are very quick at addressing things and correcting it when brought to their attention.
Same question goes for the various rating apps (Vivino, Delectable), since the same problems mentioned here also exist there. Do those of you who proactively go into CT also cover the bases here?
I agree with the post voicing concerns about multiple/mistaken entries for the same wine being added into Cellar Tracker. It sucks.
One solution would be for winemakers to post their wines into the system.
I use Cellar Tracker and WineSearcher in my individualized searches for regional varietal wines, etc, and a more complete and accurate inventory of what is out there would be terrific for nerds like me.
