Just out of curiosity, what is the going rate these days that distributors are paying their sales reps as far as salaries and commissions go?

In the metro NY/NJ area typically 5-6%.
I’ve seen as high as 10% and as low as 2% on specific high volume brands.
10% for not knowing a freakin thing…awesome!
I resemble that comment, except that my billing rate is higher.
