While we can never match the outstanding epicurean delights Dick Krueger is enjoying, (how does he do that?), we do enjoy what we have time to fix after leaving work at 9 PM.

Tonight: Carrie’s homemade pizza with pepperoni, bacon bits, carmalized onions, grilled green, yellow and red peppers.
Warmup: 2007 Antica Terra Willamette Valley Pinot Noir.
Dinner: If I can find it, 2006 Lillian Syrah.

While Maggie herself won’t be with us, she will be with us in spirit and excellent wine.

Could not think of a better pairing with homemade Pizza Randy! The 2006 is really barrel sample like at this stage, might want to consider the 05 Blue Label? :wink:
