Well, I said we probably wouldn’t be having dessert tonight. But it’s hard to enjoy TV in the evening without something to nibble on and to drink. So we had some Vanilla, Chocolate Hazelnut, and Dark Chocolate Piroulines along with some of the chocolates from our last Flannery shipment (61% pairs with syrah). Wine was our last 2005 Susana Balbo Late-Harvest Malbec ‘Virtuoso’. It’s a great pairing with various chocolates.
Piroulines are a big hit with my family too, but the strawberry ones my daughter picked out are very odd. The chocolate hazelnut ones are the house favorite, I think.
Dick, you live large every night… NICE!! I love Piroulines and they make so many kinds now but hazelnut is my favorite…
He does live large, although he’s only slightly taller than Zach
