Dessert Last Night - Sauternes and Cheese

Last night after dinner, while watching (via TiVo) qualifying for the Australian Grand Prix at Melbourne’s Albert Park, we enjoyed a 2003 Chateau de Fargues - rich yellow and white fruits, enough acidity; and a little sweetness, with a long finish; with Brie de Meaux, Robiola, Old Chatnam sheep’e milk Brie, and Goat Affinois. It made for a delightful evening.
