This wine needs lots of air to me. I’d give it several hours in the decanter or more if you can. It’s still a baby so I wouldn’t worry about hurting it much.

Thanks…you would need to come to Cleveland in December and put up with my in-laws…probably not worth the trade off, though I am looking forward to the wine.
